Our premium griddle is made from 5 mm thick carbon steel, creating a solid, durable piece of craftsmanship. It also features an edge with many uses and works on induction stoves. The edge prevents liquid fat from running off the steel.
Designed and manufactured in Sweden using robust Swedish-produced steel.
Works on your stove, regardless of the cooktop type: induction, gas, or electric.

Care instructions:
Let the griddle cool, then easily wipe or scrape off the charred residue.
- Never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- You can use hot water and scrapers or steel wool, but be sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not let it air-dry.
- If rust does form, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Oil your Gourmet Steel with rapeseed oil as needed.
-NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher when cleaning, as this may cause rust to form
