Our premium griddle is made from 5 mm thick carbon steel, creating a solid, durable piece of craftsmanship. It also features an edge with many uses and works on induction stovetops. The edge prevents liquids and grease from running off the steel.
Designed and manufactured in Sweden using robust Swedish-produced steel.

Care instructions:
Allow the griddle to cool, then simply wipe or scrape off the charred residue.
- Never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- You can use warm water and scrapers or steel wool, but make sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not leave it to air-dry.
- If a small amount of rust forms, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Season your Gourmet Steel with rapeseed oil as needed.
-NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning, as this may cause rust to form
