Care instructions:
Let the griddle cool, then easily wipe or scrape off the charred residue.
- Never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- Hot water and scrapers or steel wool can be used, but make sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not leave it to air-dry.
- If a small amount of rust develops, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Oil your Gourmet Steel with rapeseed oil as needed.
-NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher when cleaning, as this may cause rust to form.
