Our Basic griddle is made from 4 mm thick carbon steel, creating a solid, durable product. It also features an edge with many uses and works on induction stoves. The edge prevents liquid grease from running off the steel.

Care instructions:
Let the griddle cool, then simply wipe or scrape off the charred residue.
- Never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- You can use hot water and scrapers or steel wool, but be sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not let it air-dry.
- If a small amount of rust forms, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Oil your griddle with rapeseed oil as needed.

-NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning, as this may cause rust to form.
