    Size: 15 cm in diameter, 6.5 cm high

    Thickness: 5 mm

    Cleaning: Clean it in the same way as a regular cast-iron frying pan. Preferably use warm water or a grease-dissolving cleaning product (universal spray or similar) rather than dish soap and water, and make sure to dry it thoroughly after use.

    -NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning, as this may cause rust to form
