The steel is an excellent heat conductor and quickly reaches temperature, helping to make the pizza crispy and delicious. The heat generated by the robust steel creates a pizza that replicates baking in a 

wood-fired oven.

Care instructions:
Let it cool in the oven, then the charred residue can easily be wiped or scraped off.
- Never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- You can use hot water and scrapers or steel wool, but make sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not leave it to air-dry.
- If a small amount of rust forms, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Oil your Gourmet Steel with rapeseed oil as needed.

 -NOTE! Do not use the dishwasher for cleaning, as this may cause rust to form
