Material: Steel
Material specification: Hot-rolled carbon steel
Dimensions: 400x300x5mm 

Care instructions:
Let it cool in the oven, then simply wipe or scrape off the charred residue.
- Never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- You can use hot water and scrapers or steel wool, but be sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not leave it to air-dry.
- If a small amount of rust forms, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Oil your pizza steel with rapeseed oil as needed.

-NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher when cleaning, as this may cause rust to form
