Description
Here at KungDesign, we have now launched our own garden range, and here you have our favorite, the “planting box.” It is perfect on its own, or you can combine it with several different planting boxes. Our Växa series is now also available in Corten steel, which provides an attractive rusted finish that lasts and is perfect for outdoor use in the garden, whatever the weather.
The planting box/planting frame is shipped flat-packed and consists of 4 parts. It can easily be assembled using the included screws. The planting boxes have an open bottom that allows water to pass through, so they can be placed directly on the ground/lawn.
NOTE! These planting boxes do not have a base plate and must be placed directly on the ground.
If you want a sealed base for placement on, for example, decking, we recommend purchasing our watering trays, which are placed underneath the planting box as a container.

Information about Corten steel:
Our product is made from weathering Corten steel and rusts when left outdoors. The steel is delivered unrusted directly from production!
If you want to speed up the rusting process, you can mix some regular salt with water and spray it on using a spray bottle. One or two tablespoons per 0.5 liters of water is usually about right. Do this approximately twice a day for 2 days. Then spray with clean water a few times to remove the salt residue. The more often you wet the steel and then let it dry, the faster you will achieve an attractive rusted surface.
