    Care instructions:
    Let the griddle cool down, then simply wipe or scrape off the charred residues. The griddle will darken after use, which is completely natural and does not affect the quality.
    - Never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
    - It is fine to use hot water and scrapers or steel wool, but be sure to dry it thoroughly afterwards and do not let it air dry.
    - If rust forms, it can easily be removed with steel wool or sandpaper.
    - Oil your Gourmet Steel with canola oil as needed.

    -NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning as it may cause rust formation
