Care instructions:
Let the griddle cool, then it is easy to wipe or scrape off the charred residue. The griddle darkens with use, which is completely natural and does not affect its quality.
- You should never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- Hot water and scrapers or steel wool may be used, but make sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not let it air-dry.
- Should a small amount of rust form, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Oil your griddle with rapeseed oil as needed.
-NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher when cleaning, as this may cause rust to form
-NOTE! For best results, the griddle should be seasoned in stages with cooking oil before use so that the steel darkens
