The steel is an excellent conductor of heat and quickly reaches temperature, helping make your baking crispy and delicious. The heat generated by the robust steel creates baking that emulates baking in a wood-fired oven. Suitable for both the grill and the oven!
Designed and manufactured in Sweden using robust Swedish-produced steel.

Care instructions:
Let it cool in the oven, then the charred residue can easily be wiped or scraped off.
- You should never put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap.
- You can use hot water and scrapers or steel wool, but be sure to dry it thoroughly afterward and do not let it air-dry.
- Should any rust form, it is easy to remove with steel wool or sandpaper.
- Oil your baking steel with rapeseed oil as needed.
- NOTE! Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning, as this may cause rust to form
